Everything went really well yesterday thanks. Michael was extremely helpful, planned the day well and was a pleasure to work with. Thanks for the advice about phoning a charity shop to arrange a drop off. I'd arranged for the Salvation Army to take a pile of clothes, bed linen, curtains, books, ornaments etc and they were really pleased to receive.

Based on my experience today of flat clearance I was pleasantly surprised to receive on time, two well spoken and polite gentlemen, a suitably equipped removal van
Once removal coast was agreed they set about the task immediately and nothing was too much trouble. Considering they had to climb fifty two stairs, back and forth carrying furniture etc as there was no lift, there were no complaints of grumbles. The price was to my satisfaction and I was entirely satisfied with a very professional service regards

Sorry, once again, for the fact that my ex (after removing his stuff at the weekend and checking the amount left!) seriously underestimated the volume. But Giza and (sorry - didn't get the other guy's name) were wonderful. They managed to perform some sort of magic 3D trick, and packed a very small van space with an amazing amount of stuff. They worked incredibly hard and were delightful to talk to.
I'll come back to you within a few weeks to book another removal
session; but this time I'll do it properly! (never trust a
bloke...except Giza....) I'll give a fairly accurate cubic measurement and an assistance that there's nothing really heavy left.

Rufus I would just like to reiterate what an enormous help you were to me last week and the speed in which you acted in clearing my brother's flat was very much appreciated. It was a particularly distressing time and your understanding of the situation was second to none. Charlie and his assistant acted in an incredibly professional manner under what was not a very nice environment for them to work and the fact that the lifts were out of order and they had to take everything out via the stairs from the 4th floor. We were very happy with the service provided by the Clearance
Solutions team - they were friendly and helpful on the phone and
responsive by e-mail at all times. We were only given a few days
notice of completion of our sale, but Clearance Solutions were very
accommodating and flexible to fit in with our short timescales and
other requirements.
All in all a great service and we would certainly use them again.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for an excellent job. I must say, your firm have been most impressive at each stage of the process including e mailed documentation. My initial telephone enquiry was met in a friendly and polite way and I had the immediate impression that I was dealing with a professional company. You arranged a prompt appointment for an assessment of the job and your assessor was again very polite and quickly assessed the scale of the job and a written quotation was promptly provided by e mail.
Having accepted your competitive quote, I met with your team on the given day and was very impressed with the manner in which they commenced work. I had to leave before they completed the job and whilst I was initially apprehensive, they seemed so diligent and trustworthy I felt comfortable to do this. They were happy to get on with the job in my absence and promised to lock up on leaving.
The weather that day was awful but they had managed to park their vehicle seemingly effortlessly in a small gap between the parked cars in a snow covered street and got on with the job undaunted by the conditions
I was not able to return to the house until a day before the sale was due to be completed. I found, with relief, that the property had been completely cleared and left in a very tidy fashion. My faith in their work was well placed.
A first class job at every step of the way. I would have no hesitation in recommending your firm.

PS when I inspected the cleared rooms I found a small tin had been left prominently on the floor in one room. It was a money box that that the lads doing the clearing must have found. It only had coppers in it but clearly they felt it was something that should be left for me. Just another example of the thoughtfulness and integrity of your people.
